No Panic are looking for empathetic and understanding people to volunteer on our helpline.
Successful applicants will support people with a range of anxiety disorders, by listening, offering self-help advice, and providing information about the range of support provided by No Panic.
Helpline volunteers are required to do at least 1 3-hour shift a week. We require a 1-year commitment to volunteering on the helpline.
A reference is required.

What is next?
You will be interviewed in connection with the role. Applicants will be provided with training. There will be a probationary period equivalent to 8 weeks. Helpline volunteers attend supervision groups over the phone every month, then every 2 months.
