There are many different views about the care system, but far less is known about the experiences of young people who have grown up in care – what was good and what needs to change. The Who Cares About Care? campaign will give volunteers an opportunity to challenge stereotypes and have their say.
Volunteers for this activity will be involved in building a new area of the young person’s section of the Who Cares? website which will focus on and co-ordinate the whole campaign. You will be helped by our website team, and so will have opportunities to develop very useful skills to add to your CV.
Our website is visited by many professionals and other young people with care experience, so there will also be a real chance to influence and for your voice to be heard.
