If you are looking at gaining experience working in records management and digitisation or have a passion for history then this is the role for you. As a Collections Information Digitisation Volunteer you will learn how to digitise documents and make them accessible. You will also ensure that the records are accurate according to the museums procedures. Overall, this role will help you to develop an understanding about digitisation as well as information security.

What is the role?The Collection and Research Team at RAF Museum London holds a significant amount of paper-based records relating to the Museum’s collections, ranging from provenance information, details of past conservation treatments, and historical correspondence.
