SWAN are in need of volunteers to drive passengers in their own vehicles to vital health and wellbeing appointments. Passengers are usually those on lower incomes, disabled, elderly, frail or infirm. SWAN focusses on tackling loneliness and keeping our rural communities connected and mobile.
