As mentor to a young person between the ages of 11-16, you will meet together on a weekly basis initially at your mentee's school, encouraging and motivating your mentee to make steps towards positive change.

About the Role

Our aim is to help you inspire your mentee to see challenges as opportunity, broadening their horizons, options and possibilities for their future.Students in a pupil referral unit (PRU) have been permanently or temporarily excluded from their mainstream school.They may experience low self esteem, low attainment levels, friendship breakdown, feeling misunderstood and lacking in purpose, direction and motivation.In addition, they are often experiencing or have experienced family breakdown, pee...
