Care Network Cambridgeshire
About Us
We provide: practical and emotional support to help people get home quicker after a stay in hospital, or to stay at home in situations where they would otherwise be struggling to maintain independence; information and guidance to enable connection with or support in their local community. Over the years, we have evolved from primarily supporting older people to anyone over the age of 18 years. Our volunteer roles are flexible, with some being completed remotely by telephone, or researched from home and others face to face. With as little as an hour per week you could make a positive difference and help improve the life of someone in your local community.
