Success4All run community Learning Hubs and Clubs in deprived areas of Newcastle marked by low academic achievement.
Our Learning Hubs are relaxed and homely environments which are digitally connected. We support the children and young people who attend our Learning Hubs through providing learning support via online tuition; either on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups. We are able to provide this service by recruiting volunteers, mainly from local colleges/sixth forms or universities, and training them to become Peer Tutors/Befrienders.
By offering extra educational support directly in the communities where we work, we aim to raise the attainment and aspirations of the children and young people in the area. We also support their parents, by providing information and guidance surrounding the education system and school curriculum.
We also run educational Clubs alongside our Hubs, to provide children and young people with opportunities and skills that they may not get in mainstream education.
Success4All is dedicated to preventing individuals in less advantaged areas of the North-east being socially excluded from the education system. Our aim in to engage, equip and empower a successful future for all.

As an online tutor-befriender, you will be using video-conferencing and a variety of online remote learning tools to support the children and young people, aged 8-18, who we work with.
