Team Up

In the UK today, the best predictor of a child's academic and social success remains the income and postcode of their parents. We believe that this is damaging to society as too many young people are unable to develop their skills and passions to shape their own destiny. Our aim at Team Up is to increase social mobility by establishing inspirational teams of volunteers - people like you - that empower disadvantaged pupils to reach their academic potential and improve their future prospects. 

We are also committed to developing our outstanding volunteer tutors, who gain demonstrable work experience and can - through our networks - get access to exclusive opportunities to strengthen their UCAS application and employability.
