Only available to people who live in the UK.
Volunteers are required to inform health services and mental health charities across the UK about the No Panic Helpline. Contact will be by email and by phone.
Successful applicants will be able to communicate clearly and confidently by email and by telephone. Successful applicants will be proactive, committed, motivated and reliable.

About No Panic
Helping to break the chains of anxiety.
We provide self-help support to people who have anxiety. Support includes our helpline, recovery services, weekly anxiety support chats, and coffee meetings over the phone.
We will be promoting opportunities to work on the content that appears in our newsletters, on our website and on our social media.

What to Expect After Applying
You will be asked to complete an application form. If you complete the application form to our satisfaction, we will arrange for you to be interviewed. If after your interview we decide to recruit you, we will request your reference. Once we receive your reference, you will be recruited.
