Our Young Researchers Are Ready to Go!
Our young researchers are ready to go! This initiative showcases the commitment of young volunteers aged 16-25 who are keen on enhancing their skills in data analysis, research, and teamwork. These young people, already experienced in volunteering, are embarking on a journey to explore effective management and delivery of volunteer programs.
Earlier this year, we hosted a training weekend covering essential topics such as evaluation techniques, research best practices, and how to formulate questions for understanding young people’s volunteering experiences. This event was pivotal for equipping our young researchers with the necessary tools to conduct insightful evaluations.
Engaging Young Volunteers in Research
The young researchers are now prepared to engage with fellow young volunteers during our upcoming case study visits. These interactions are anticipated eagerly, as they will provide valuable insights into the volunteering landscape.
Additionally, we are attending events alongside our young researchers to demonstrate the importance of involving young people in research. This approach not only empowers them but also enriches the research process with diverse perspectives.
Stay tuned for more updates from our young researchers as they share their experiences and findings. For further information, check out our blog posts and resources on the Vinspired platform.
