Common questions
What does it cost?
Team is free up to 25 employees. A first programme that has to produce evidence runs as a twelve week managed pilot, scoped and quoted from the sourcing, event and reporting work it needs. The ladder is on the pricing page for companies.
Can we keep opportunities private to employees?
Yes. You can publish opportunities to specific employee groups so only those members can see and apply. This is useful for internal programmes, team volunteering days, and company campaigns.
Can we create groups by office or team?
Yes. Groups can represent anything: offices, departments, programmes, or campaigns. You control membership and visibility for each group.
Can we message selected volunteers in bulk?
Yes. You can send messages to all employees selected for an opportunity, or to all members of a group, from one place. Updates, reminders, and instructions all in one thread.
What exactly can we export?
Two CSV exports: a summary per member and a detailed one per entry, covering hours by type, activity counts and last activity. There is no framework mapping or PDF report yet, and we would rather tell you that now than at the pilot review.
Can employees log independent volunteering?
Yes. Employees can log volunteering they do independently, outside company programmes, and have it verified by the organisation they helped. It becomes part of their own record.
What does the company impact profile include?
Your company profile shows total volunteering hours, participation across teams, skills shared, and impact areas supported. You get a shareable public link and a CSV export for reporting.
