The Challenge
Running volunteering programmes is harder than it should be
Opportunities are scattered
Across channels, spreadsheets, and inboxes with no single source of truth.
Coordination takes too long
Managing volunteers is time consuming and inconsistent without the right tools.
Impact reporting feels like guesswork
Manual, slow, and never quite captures the full picture for funders.
Great stories get lost
No structured way to capture proof of the difference your volunteers make.
Vinspired turns volunteering into a repeatable system with measurable outcomes.

FAQ
Common questions
What does it cost?
Posting opportunities and verifying hours is free, with no cap on volunteers or admins, permanently. Charities that run public event pages and sign up sheets of their own move to the Programme level, which is one flat annual amount and never a price per volunteer. The ladder, and what each level includes, is on the pricing page for charities.
Can we post opportunities only to our members?
Yes. You can create private groups and restrict opportunities to group members only. This is useful for schools, internal programmes, and membership organisations.
Can volunteers build their own impact profile?
Yes. Every volunteer gets a personal profile that tracks their hours, skills, badges, and certificates. They can share this with employers, universities, and others.
How do certificates and badges work?
Certificates recognise volunteering milestones and are verified digital credentials. Badges recognise specific skills and impact areas. You can also create your own awards for your organisation.
Can we message volunteers in bulk?
Yes. You can send collective messages to all selected volunteers for an opportunity, share updates, schedules, and announcements from one place.
How do hours get verified?
A volunteer or a staff member logs the hours and someone at your organisation approves them. Hours a volunteer brings from elsewhere are checked with a referee at that organisation. Nothing is logged automatically, because an approval is what makes the record worth anything.
Can we export data for reporting?
Yes. You can export your volunteer hours and activity as a CSV, covering hours by type, activity counts and last activity per member. Useful for funders, trustees, and partnership reporting.
What does a public impact profile include?
Total volunteer hours, volunteers accepted, active opportunities, approved awards, impact areas, skills, groups, events and published stories. Trend charts over time are not built yet, so for those you export the CSV.
