This role is for someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to a busy, people-focused organisation. You’ll work closely with the Project Lead, helping to shape the charity’s growth, strengthen our volunteer teams, and support the rollout of new projects across Hampshire.

About this Opportunity

What will you be doing?


  • Support and coordinate the smooth running of all walks and projects
  • Lead communication with volunteer teams and walk leaders
  • Track tasks, timelines and follow-up actions
  • Help build systems as the charity grows
  • Work alongside the Project Lead on planning, strategy and problem solving
  • Take responsibility for key tasks when the Project Lead is unavailable
