Volunteer Admissions Assistant
The Admissions Assistant role focuses on creating a welcoming, memorable visitor experience. You’ll greet and engage visitors, share information about the museum and its collection, sell tickets and gift shop items, and support Gift Aid and marketing data collection. You’ll help visitors explore the Museum by answering questions and distributing trails, accessibility information and family activities, You will also help maintain the gift shop through restocking and displays, assist with online research, and help promote the Museum locally.
