About the Role
Summary of Volunteer RoleThe main responsibility is to work alongside the Connection Outreach Support Worker to locate the rough sleeper who has been identified or referred to the service. They will have their needs assessed with the aim of helping and supporting them to maintain secure, suitable, and stable accommodation.
