Alzheimer’s Research UK is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our awesome Cheer Squad at the London to Brighton Bike Ride on Sunday 18th June 2023 Our #TeamARUK cyclists will be taking on the challenging London to Brighton Bike Ride and we need you, your family and friends to whoop and cheer as loud as you can to support our them along the route.

Use your skills and experiences to meet a young person on a 1-2-1 basis and help on their journey to get to where they want to be. With 89% of the young people we work with saying that having a mentor has improved their life, your skills and experiences will have a positive impact.

Walk For A Cure is an brand new event for everyone impacted by dementia. A cure is within our grasp, together we can make it happen. In supporting this event, volunteers will be creating a platform through which friends & family can gather, share and make a lasting difference to dementia for future generations. Roles include: Greeter, Marshal and Event Village Helper.

Could you help to celebrate, cheer, wave and encourage more than 400 runners donning their Teenage Cancer Trust shirts and taking on 26.2 miles to raise funds for young people with cancer.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who can help us to support families with children with complex medical needs by helping families access and use our Sensory Centre in Orpington.

Lake View is a beautiful 60 bedded care home for the elderly. There is a coffee shop and cinema lounge within the home and we would like passionate volunteers to help run them over the weekend.

Could you help to celebrate and encourage our team of runners on race day at the Great North Run? Help them around the course by making some noise and showing them some Teenage Cancer Trust love.

Recently launched a new community outreach & befriending scheme for older people in the community called the Gateway. We welcome volunteers who would like to assist & support the sessions on offer.

The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is a significant fundraising event for Teenage Cancer Trust. You will be playing a big part to cheer on our amazing team of Teenage Cancer Trust runners.

At the Edinburgh Marathon this year we want to give supporters the best possible experience, and that includes capturing the special moments from the day ... and that's where you come in!

Become a buddy to a young person with a disability in the Richmond or Kingston Borough. Help them to find independence in the community by travelling with them to activities in their local area.
