Dementia Friendly Cardiff, which is made up of Cardiff Council, Alzheimer’s Society and Cardiff & Vale University Health Board. We are working to make Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan Dementia Friendly, part of the Welsh Government’s commitment to building Dementia Friendly Communities across Wales.
Dementia Friendly Communities are places where the needs of people affected by dementia are understood, respected & valued. Individuals are supported to maintain their identity, skills & independence
