London Borough of Havering - Early Help Service

Early help is about identifying the need for help for children and families as soon as problems start to emerge, or when there is a strong likelihood that problems will emerge in the future. Our aim is to support the whole family through facilitating activities and health clinics for parents and young children, offering specialist guidance, working on a one-to-one basis with family groups, and delivering the Youth Offending Service.
