CHAT line is our Carers Help and Talk Line, a telephone service that offers support to unpaid carers. Our chat line volunteers provide carers with regular befriending support by offering a listening ear and social contact on a weekly basis. The CHAT line are led by volunteers from all ages and backgrounds, this important service provides a lifeline to carers which can make a huge difference their health and wellbeing, in addition to providing a rewarding experience for our volunteers. The role can be carried out from your own home and our freephone call service ensures that their is no cost to our volunteers.
