Shakespeare’s Globe Volunteer Stewards

When you visit Shakespeare’s Globe to see an iconic production, we think it’s really important to greet you with open arms. 700 pairs of arms to be exact.

Our expanding team of stewards over the years has grown into a family of volunteers, here to help us share the wonder of theatre with our audiences, and keep our visitors safe and happy at our unique venue. Giving over 60,000 hours a year of their precious time, we couldn’t be more grateful to have such an amazing team.
