Eddie Kadi Returns as Host of the vInspired National Awards Alongside Emma Willis!
Comedian Eddie Kadi will once again host the prestigious vInspired National Awards, this time alongside Emma Willis, at the BFI IMAX on Thursday, 22 March. Eddie shares his excitement about returning to celebrate the achievements of inspiring young volunteers.
A Night of Celebration and Inspiration
Eddie Kadi expressed his enthusiasm about returning to host the vInspired National Awards, highlighting last year’s event as a personal highlight. The night is not just about the celebration; it’s about recognizing the selfless achievements of young individuals making a positive impact in their communities.
The awards spotlight young people who have accomplished incredible feats before the age of 25, focusing on altruism and community service rather than personal gain. One such individual, Sulaiman, demonstrated resilience by leading national campaigns to improve public accessibility for people with disabilities.
Another inspiring youth, Kirsty, has achieved an MBE for her charitable efforts since last year’s awards, demonstrating the ongoing recognition of young people’s contributions at the highest levels.
Creativity and Passion Driving Change
The vInspired National Awards also celebrate diverse ways young people are effecting change. For instance, the group Youth 4 Youth organized a community music festival, while Kim Cooper initiated an environmental project saving 50 tonnes of reusable waste from landfill.
Eddie Kadi looks forward to another night filled with brilliant performances and the opportunity to meet this year’s nominees—the true stars of the show.
