Youth Advisory Board: Working on Teamv

This insight is particularly relevant when our audience is young people and our offering is a service designed for them. At Vinspired, our Youth Advisory Board (YAB) serves as a crucial platform to listen and learn from young voices.

Vinspired is committed to empowering young people to make valuable contributions to society by providing them with volunteering opportunities. We believe that through participation, young people can develop essential skills such as Teamwork & Collaboration, Leadership & People Management, and Creativity & Innovation. By involving young people in the management and delivery of our programs, we ensure our initiatives are responsive to their needs, passions, and aspirations, thus making a significant impact.

Our Youth Advisory Board, composed of both transition team members and new recruits, collaborates with staff to develop and implement innovative ideas for our Teamv program. Recently, YAB members have been actively participating in fresher’s fairs across the country to promote our initiatives. Additionally, a meeting is scheduled for next Saturday to finalize the campaigns for Teamv leaders, as well as to plan interviews and induction processes for new leaders.

It’s a vibrant and busy time for our YAB members, and there’s much more to come as we continue to engage young people in meaningful ways.
