The Search for Star Pupils is officially open! As part of the European Year of Volunteering 2011, we’re in pursuit of exceptional young individuals aged 11-16 who are making a significant impact in their schools and communities. This initiative celebrates the creativity and innovation of young volunteers who are setting high goals and demonstrate outstanding digital literacy and IT skills.
How to Nominate
Nominating your star pupils is straightforward and rewarding. We invite educators and community leaders to recognize young people who have taken initiatives like mentoring programs, anti-bullying campaigns, or environmental projects. Maybe they have helped younger students with reading or organized significant fundraising events to combat homelessness and poverty.
Prizes
Four winners will be awarded a brand new iPad2 and £500 to further support volunteering projects in their schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the talents and civic engagement of young volunteers.
