The 8 Dos and Don’ts of Surviving a Horror Movie

If you’ve ever watched a horror film, you’ve likely questioned some of the characters’ choices. Shouldn’t they know to stay in the light and avoid haunted hallways at 3 AM?

Making the wrong choice in a horror movie often leads to a gruesome end. This Halloween, before you hit play on a scary film, consider joining the conversation on Twitter using #bloodtag. Encourage your friends to give blood and make a difference.

DO Work Together

Team up with your friends to boost your chances of making it through the night. Teamwork & Collaboration can make all the difference.

DON’T Split Up

Going solo is never a good idea. Stay together to increase your resilience and chances of survival.

DO Stay in Public Places

Stick to open, public spaces. They’re much safer and make it harder for anything sinister to happen.

DON’T Go to Suspicious Places

Avoid cabins in the woods, abandoned asylums, or any secluded areas. Listen to locals; they usually know best.

DO Keep to Yourself

Be cautious of strangers, especially during a horror movie scenario. It’s best to avoid unnecessary interactions.

DON’T Talk to Strangers

Remember movies like The Strangers? It’s wise to steer clear of masked strangers.

DO Act Quickly

If danger appears, act fast. Don’t waste time on emotional attachments.

Use Halloween to do something impactful by participating in #bloodtag on Twitter. Tag friends and encourage them to register to give blood. Keep the game going until November 1st.
