vInspired Chair of Trustees Honored with Knighthood
We are thrilled to congratulate the Chair of our Board, on being awarded a knighthood. Since the inception of vInspired, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the platform from the Russell Commission Implementation Body into a leading independent youth volunteering network. His leadership in managing volunteer events through Vinspired and connecting with other volunteers on Vinspired has been instrumental in smashing our numeric targets by 265%, engaging a diverse group of young volunteers, and achieving a remarkable social return on investment of between £6 and £12 for every £1 invested.
His unwavering commitment to young people and his passion for fostering leadership & people management, goal setting & aiming high, and fundraising & grant writing have been a source of inspiration. Especially noteworthy is his support during the past year, a time marked by significant challenges and changes.
As we reflect on a year that has been particularly challenging for young individuals, this recognition comes as a well-deserved honor for someone who has been a beacon of hope and inspiration.
