Young People are Changing Our Environment Every Day
Our climate is changing. Seas are rising, the world is getting hotter, and there are species in danger of extinction. However, young people across the UK are actively working to reverse these trends by making a positive impact on their local environments every day.
Celebrating Eco Talent Graduates
The Vinspired team recently attended the graduation of the Eco Talent superstars from Ealing. This event celebrated the achievements of young individuals who have dedicated their time to environmental volunteering.
Vinspired’s Eco Talent is a six-month volunteering program for 16-25-year-olds, offering them real-world skills and experiences to thrive in the environmental sector. This program is delivered in partnership with Ealing Council and Tower Hamlets as part of “Our Bright Future”, a social movement empowering young people to create significant change in their communities.
Graduation Highlights
The graduation ceremony at Ealing Town Hall marked a significant milestone for the participants. Despite initial nerves, speaking in front of a large audience including Vinspired’s leadership, the Eco Talent graduates embraced the challenge and showcased their journey.
Their presentation highlighted various experiences, such as visits to Kew Gardens and executing their Social Action Projects, illustrating their dedication and the skills gained. The graduates also shared insights into navigating challenges, such as handling customer complaints, a valuable learning experience.

Inspirational Stories and Future Aspirations
Graduates from the Vinspired Talent program shared their stories, reflecting on how initiatives like “Our Bright Future” and “Talent” have helped them achieve personal and career goals. The event concluded with a Q&A session and the gifting of potted plants, each lovingly planted by the graduates.
We are incredibly proud of our Eco Talent graduates and all they have accomplished over the past six months. We wish them continued success in their future endeavors. If you’re inspired to join the Eco Talent program, find more information on the Ealing Connexions website.
