Volunteer assistant gymnastics coach

I helped coach for 4 hours I pent 2 hours with younger years 4-8 and 2 hours with older kid 10-15 helping them learn new skills in gymnastics. I helped by doing the warm up and then worked on a variety of apparatus supporting gymnast and helping the other coaches I was working with. This is accumulated hours from 22nd September-8th march
