About this experience
During today's session, I taught year 5 students and year 7 students simultaneously in order to cover for a colleague who was absent. This was effective in allowing me to improve time management, balance two different workloads whilst also being able to teach both groups separately and ensure every student receives the help they require in a timely manner.
