Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Right to be informed
You have the right to know how we collect and use your data. This Trust Center and our Privacy Policy fulfil that right.
Right of access
You can ask for a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within one calendar month.
Right to rectification
If any data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.
Right to erasure
You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
Right to restrict processing
You can ask us to limit how we use your data while a concern is resolved.
Right to data portability
You can request your data in CSV or JSON format to move it to another service.
Right to object
You can object to processing on legitimate interests grounds. We will stop unless we have compelling grounds.
Right to compensation
If you suffer damage from a breach, you have the right to seek compensation through the courts (Article 82).
How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond within one calendar month. If complex, we may extend by two months but will tell you within the first month.
Children's Rights
If you are under 18, you can exercise these rights yourself or ask a parent or guardian to do so on your behalf.
We verify identity before releasing personal data. We will never make it harder for you to exercise your rights because of your age.
Withdrawing Consent
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected].
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before you withdrew consent.
Complaints
Step 1: Email [email protected]. We will acknowledge within 30 days and respond without undue delay.
Step 2: If not satisfied, lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office:
