Fundraising Events Co-ordinator volunteer
The Aaron Opoku Foundation (AOF) Mentorship programme is seeking a volunteer Fundraising Events Co-ordinator to support our summer fundraising events.
About this Opportunity
We are a small charity of volunteers working collaboratively to provide mentoring for young people aged 16 – 24 years, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their career aspirations and build confidence.
The Role
We are looking for someone who will play a key role in developing and creating new fundraising ideas to support our summer campaigns and community fundraising events.
Support in organising and planning fundraising events, design promotional flyers and create contents for digital channels.
Ability to communicate well with external stakeholders and young adults.
About You
The role will suit a recent graduate who is organised, results-driven, and effective at collaborating with others, while able to work independently to create new opportunities and maximise impact.
Strong at creating new fundraising ideas and campaigns, and support to plan, organise, and deliver engaging events.
Ability to manage projects.
Proficient in Microsoft. Strong IT skills.
Ability to design and create contents for digital channels.
Role is remote with occasional in-person requirements.
