About this Opportunity

Sheffield Futures is a well established youth focussed charity operating in Sheffield. . In 2026, our service include; Social Prescribing Wellbeing (group and 1:1 support) Early Support Hub, Counselling.

Employability for NEET young people ages 18-25 Help onto pathways to employment, training and education.

Summer Jobs Programme (targeted programme for ages 16-20)

Careers advice, information and guidance for ages 11-16 In-school guidance and resources to help with post-16 choices.


Youth voice and influence has always been a a core part of our history with young trustees taking a key role in shaping our priorities and practice. We are seeking to recruit more young people wishing to gain valuable experience whilst sharing their perspective and ideas to help us grow and support more young people.

you will be provided with a mentor from the board to help you understand the role and gain confidence.

we are at an exciting juncture with a clear set of objectives and ambitious 3 year strategy and we would love you to be part of the next phase of our journey to support more young people.
