
Volunteer Fundraising Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and purpose-driven Volunteer Fundraising Assistant to support the growth of our fundraising activities. This role would suit someone who believes in our mission and enjoys turning ideas into action. We're particularly interested in someone with experience in fundraising, especially writing grant applications, although we're happy to hear from people with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, you'll help us secure funding so we can reach more people and expand our impact.

Location: Remote, with occasional meetings in London/Andover if possible (not essential)
Time commitment: Around 5–7 hours per week (flexible)Reports to: Fundraising Manager

What You'll Be Doing
Research grant opportunities that match our work.
Help prepare and write funding applications.
Gather information and evidence to support funding bids.
Assist with reporting to funders when required.
Help develop ideas for new fundraising initiatives.
Support the creation of a regular giving (monthly donors) programme.
Help keep fundraising information organised and up to date.
Contribute ideas and work independently where appropriate.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Is passionate about improving mental health and supporting local communities.
Is proactive and enjoys taking initiative.
Can work independently and manage their own time.
Has good written English and attention to detail.
Is organised and reliable.
Has experience in fundraising or grant writing (desirable but not essential).
Enjoys working collaboratively in a small, friendly team.
