Your Role in Creating Change

Enhance the level of visitor experience and enjoyment by providing a warm, friendly, attentive and dignified welcome for church visitors
Add value and contribute to sustainable, authentic community tourism.
Remain vigilant to maintain a safe, secure space, representing the church
We are looking for local people who are confident, sensitive, approachable, calm, positive, able to communicate information verbally (and communicate remotely via phone/email)
Times:
help between 1-4 x per month (Tuesdays/Thursdays, 2-4pm),
Tasks:
welcome and greet volunteers and families on arrival, make tea/coffee
Support via an induction, training (safeguarding, online or in person), regular check-ins, and meetings

Everyone is welcome.
We work with community groups, schools, care homes, churches, foodbank, Parkrun, Todmorden in Bloom, Music for the Many, Todmorden Folk Festival, Independent Living, Narcotics Anonymous, Book Festival and others....on environmental, social and interfaith activities.
