Helping to plant and develop a unique garden. Assisting with design and maintenance at other times.

No skills or previous experience or qualifications required as full training/tuition/guidance given. Minimum attendance is 4 hours per wek up to as long as you want. Benefits to be gained: wide range of gardening skills; self reliance; knowledge of conservation/ wildlife; c.v. improvement; understanding of landscape design + art & crafts; research techniques and much more. This is a unique garden (registered with The National Gardens Scheme). Helpers sought in any of : Gardening; DIY; Outside decorating; Art & Design; Library & Admin; Cleaning; Wildlife care & auditing; Events stewarding; Gym & pool maintenance; Photography; PR; The unusual garden (incl. Orchard, Woodland, Fountains, Pond, Statues, Vegetables, & several 'rooms' of flower collections) has been accepted by the RHS onto the National Gardens Scheme. Help is needed for open days. Tuition & guidance offered all year round for those wishing to learn (and help is always appreciated).
