Your Role in Creating Change

No skills required as full training will be given. Work is from about 10:30 until about 16:00 two Sundays a month, if you cannot do the whole day that does not matter. You will get experience of a wide range of practical conservation work We work on two Sundays a month for most of the day but you can work the times that suit you. Tools and training will be provided by our experienced volunteers. We are a small friendly practical conservation charity, with a varied and very skilled membership enabling us to carry out a wide variety of tasks right across the solihull area. If you are coming out please wear old clothes and strong shoes or boots, bring a packed lunch, we can provide tea, coffee as well as all Tools and Equipment required, as well as waterproofs. About Solihull Conservation Volunteers


We are a small friendly practical conservation charity, carrying out a wide variety of conservation tasks right across the Solihull area. We can provide tea, coffee as well as all tools and equipment required, as well as waterproofs, yes, we do go out when it is raining!. No experience is required as training and all tools and equipment will be provided.


People have volunteered with us to gain skills for volunteer work abroad or for the Duke of Edinburgh's award and similar projects. All you need to bring is sturdy boots of shoes and wear old clothes appropriate for the weather and task. If you are going to stay all day please bring a packed lunch, we can provide tea and coffee.
