Use your skills and experiences to meet a young person on a 1-2-1 basis and help on their journey to get to where they want to be. With 89% of the young people we work with saying that having a mentor has improved their life, your skills and experiences will have a positive impact.

Following the interview, If you are right for Unfold, you will then be guided through the next steps to include DBS and refence checks and training.

About the Organisation

Unfold

Driven by highly trained, volunteer mentors, Unfold offer support that works for lasting change. We provide 1-2-1 mentoring for children and young people aged 10-25, 1-2-1 mentoring for mothers with children aged 5+, 1-2-1 mentoring for asylum seekers and we also hold Women Support Groups. Our mentoring programmes are offered to indviduals living, within Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea and the surrounding boroughs. Our mentoring programmes empower mentees to get them where they want to be and our Womens Support Group for asylum seekers provide a stimulating, safe, fun and informal space.Our Mentoring is based on 3 clear aims:Confidence: Based in positive psychology, our mentoring supports the development of a growth mindset to boost confidence and wellbeing.Independence: Our mentees develop skills in setting goals, building lasting independence.Connectedness: We aim to connect people to one more group, service or activity which meets their needs, to build lasting connections.
