We are looking for a passionate and engaging individual to join our team as a Secondary School Lead, delivering Disability awareness workshops to young people across secondary schools and sixth forms in Richmond and South West London. Volunteers will visit local primary and secondary schools to help promote understanding, empathy, and inclusive attitudes towards people with disabilities. The Lead Volunteer will lead the session and multiple assistants will help them engage with the children.

We are urgently looking for Shop Volunteers to help with serving customers, sorting and pricing goods, making displays, and other roles.

They help coordinate volunteers, assist with community engagement and fundraising activities, support local projects, and help ensure the area operates effectively. Community First Responders (CFRs) are trained volunteers who respond on behalf of the ambulance service to certain 999 emergencies within their local community. By providing early assessment, basic life support, CPR, and defibrillation where required, CFRs help ensure patients receive vital care as quickly as possible while an ambulance is on its way. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference during some of the most critical moments in a person's life.

Help ensure our volunteers are supported, developed, and kept safe. As a Training & Safeguarding Officer, you will assist with the delivery and coordination of volunteer training, support the charity's safeguarding processes, and help maintain a safe and positive environment for volunteers and members of the public. You may help organise training events, maintain training records, promote best practice, and support safeguarding awareness across the charity. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, approachable, and passionate about volunteer development and welfare. Full training and support will be provided where required.

As a Communications Officer, you'll support the charity by creating and sharing content across our social media platforms, website, and other communication channels. You'll help promote our events, celebrate volunteer achievements, raise awareness of CPR and defibrillators, and support fundraising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills, creativity, and a passion for making a positive impact through effective public engagement. No professional experience is required – just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
