Area Coordinators lead and support North West First Responder Group volunteers within their local area. They are responsible for volunteer welfare, local operations, community engagement, fundraising activities, and ensuring the area operates in line with the charity's values, policies, and objectives. This rewarding leadership role provides an opportunity to develop a local team, build community partnerships, and help deliver the charity's mission across your area.

Community First Responders (CFRs) are trained volunteers who respond on behalf of the ambulance service to certain 999 emergencies within their local community. By providing early assessment, basic life support, CPR, and defibrillation where required, CFRs help ensure patients receive vital care as quickly as possible while an ambulance is on its way. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference during some of the most critical moments in a person's life.

Help ensure our volunteers are supported, developed, and kept safe. As a Training & Safeguarding Officer, you will assist with the delivery and coordination of volunteer training, support the charity's safeguarding processes, and help maintain a safe and positive environment for volunteers and members of the public. You may help organise training events, maintain training records, promote best practice, and support safeguarding awareness across the charity. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, approachable, and passionate about volunteer development and welfare. Full training and support will be provided where required.

The Admissions Assistant role focuses on creating a welcoming, memorable visitor experience. You’ll greet and engage visitors, share information about the museum and its collection, sell tickets and gift shop items, and support Gift Aid and marketing data collection. You’ll help visitors explore the Museum by answering questions and distributing trails, accessibility information and family activities, You will also help maintain the gift shop through restocking and displays, assist with online research, and help promote the Museum locally.
