Whilst volunteering your time you’ll be helping us encourage the local community to provide care for more people through innovating and collaborating on ways to reduce, reuse, recycle and upcycle! In our shops you will have the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the day-to-day running of the store.

The Fundraising Manager organises centralised fundraising such as major events and online initiatives. They also provide oversight to the Fundraising Officers within the chapters, ensuring they are supported and capable in their role, offering ideas, advice, assistance and ensuring legal compliance.

A character is someone to visiting children in hospitals or children with disabilities in the community, as a beloved children's character (think princesses/superheroes) to provide enrichment activities such as a meet and greet or a storytime.

Make a Smile Magic Makers help facilitate Make a Smile events by supporting characters at our visits to hospitals and to children in the community, be it facilitating interactions or running enrichment such as doing magic, arts and crafts or balloon animals!
