As a Shop Floor 1 volunteer you will provide a first-class customer service experience, ensuring customers find everything they need during their visit and the store's front of house is maintained to a high standard and remains well stocked. You will engage with our customers both on arrival and when they depart the store, as well as queries they might have during their visit. Our fantastic team of friendly and diverse volunteers play a vital role in helping our stores raise funds to support children, young people, and families. As a Retail Volunteer 1 you will be an important part of the in-store team. You will support with the day-to-day tasks of the charity shop; these tasks will vary which will require an ability to be flexibility.

Our Shop Volunteers raise money for the people we support with a Learning Disability. Do you have a few hours a week to spare and share your time with us?

Our fundraising team leaders have the exciting and varied role of inspiring our fundraising volunteers to plan and deliver local fundraising events. Using their passion and imagination, they oversee a small team of fundraising volunteers who come together to raise the vital funds needed to cover costs such as veterinary bills and food. Our fundraising team leaders support their team of volunteers in all aspects of their roles, making sure our volunteers are happy, confident and supported.
