With over 20 years of experience, Oxfam has been integrating volunteers into festivals, offering a unique experience that combines community support and volunteering during festivals.

Oxfam’s Festival Contributions

1. Stewarding: Each summer, Oxfam provides festivals with professional stewarding services, and the funds generated support our global initiatives. As a steward, your primary role is to ensure safety and offer advice to festival-goers, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.

2. Campaigning: Our Campaigning team utilizes the festival’s large audience to promote Oxfam’s ongoing projects. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with the public and spread awareness about our mission.

3. Festival Shops: Similar to our high street shops, festival shops sell donated goods to fund our fight against poverty. Here, you’ll find a range of festival-specific items, from sequin dresses to leather jackets.
