2. Follow Your Organisation: Ensure that the volunteer is following your organisation’s page on Vinspired. They can do this by clicking the Follow button on the top left corner of your organisation’s page.

3. Access the Vadmin Area: Log in to your account on Vinspired.com and navigate to the admin area.

4. Navigate to the People Tab: Click on the People tab at the top of the page, which will display all individuals associated with your organisation.

5. Select Followers: Click on the Followers tab to view all volunteers following your organisation.

6. Promote to Organiser: Identify the volunteer you wish to promote and click on the Actions arrow next to their name. Select Promote to Organiser from the dropdown menu.
