Your Role in Creating Change

We are seeking a Garden helper to join our team. Basic understanding of horticulture and landscape maintenance will help, with a commitment to creating and maintaining safe outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in various gardening tasks, ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of grounds.

Duties

  • Perform regular garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and planting.
  • Utilise hand tools, strim/mowing, edging, and maybe mulching.
  • Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all gardening projects are completed efficiently.

Do you have

  • Knowledge of plant species, growing conditions,
  • Attention to detail
  • time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • experience in groundskeeping or gardening is preferred.
