These 5km fundraising walks will bring together everyone impacted by dementia as Alzheimer’s Research UK strive to make a lasting difference for future generations. Do you have a spare hour or two a week and want to help change the life of a child in Gloucestershire? We're looking for volunteers to hear children read, twice a week, for 15-20 minutes. Our volunteers provide one to one time. This creates discussion which in turn improves social and communication skills and builds confidence, enhancing their life chances.

Telephone support to residents across Cambridgeshire to prevent loneliness and isolation.

As an Independent Life Skills volunteer, you will be supporting the delivery of our Lifewise Programme. This role will focus on cooking and we need a volunteer to work with the young people to help them choose what meals to make, supervise and assist with the cooking, plating up the food and then also with washing and tidying up afterwards.

These range from giving participants a great send off at the start, directing runners on route or donning a costume to entertain them at the finish (and much more)!
