We use our knowledge about our clients’ problems to identify trends and campaign to improve the policies and practices that affect people's’ lives. Our Pick and Pack team are based in one of our lively baby banks. Together we sort, check, and prepare pre-loved items for children. Volunteers create high-quality bundles of toys, clothes, and equipment to gift to families. “You can’t imagine the happiness I saw on my little girl’s face when she opened box. On Sunday 21st April 2024, more than 300 runners are donning their Teenage Cancer Trust shirts and taking on 26.2 miles to raise funds for young people with cancer. Greet our runners at the finish line after their epic challenge and take them to our post race venue where they can relax and rest with food, drink and a massage.

Telephone support to residents across Cambridgeshire to prevent loneliness and isolation.

The Centrepoint Activities Team work with services and young people to organise engagement opportunities including arts and sports activities. The aim of these activities is to encourage participation, reduce isolation and build confidence of the young people. You will gain support and supervision from the Activities Team to allow you to thrive in this role.
