Volunteering takes place at our warehouse in Eccles, this is where food comes in from our partners and we select the stock and load the vans ready to go out into the community.

You support people in a housing crisis, as well as offering assistance and information to supporters, volunteers, and members of the public who get in touch by phone, email, or in person. Working alongside our trained staff, you’ll help answer calls to our support line and keep things running smoothly across our office and support centre.

As a charity we can continue to help cats and kittens in need thanks to the donations we receive at fundraising events from generous members of the public. Our fundraising event helpers have the exciting and varied role of helping at local fundraising events - such as cakes sales, barn dances, quiz nights – and everything in between!

As a Lead Retail Volunteer, you will play a key role within the in store team, supporting staff with the day to day running of the shop, helping to attract and recruit new volunteers, and mentoring fellow volunteers.
