The record is free on Vinspired for everyone. Some programme features are paid for by the organisations that use them, so that the platform never again depends on one funder. Here is why, in plain words.

Create your account

Press Sign up on vinspired.com, add your name, email and a password, or use Sign in with Google. Then confirm your email from the message we send you.

Before you start

  • An email address you can open. A school email address works.
  • If your school or organisation added you already, you have an email from Vinspired with a link to set a password. Use that link instead. You do not need to sign up again.

Steps

  1. Go to vinspired.com and press Sign up at the top of the page.
  2. Type your name under Name, your email under Email and a password under Password. The password needs at least 6 characters.
  3. Prefer Google? Press Sign in with Google and choose your Google account instead. Skip to step 6.
  4. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, then press Sign up.
  5. Open the email from Vinspired and press the button in it to confirm your address. If you are asked to sign in, press Log in.

What happens next

You land on your dashboard. It shows your verified hours, your certificates and your badges, which are all empty for now. The next step is to join your organisation or school, then log your first hours.

If you signed up yourself, your profile page is public. If your school or organisation added you, it is private.

Common problems

  • The confirmation email has not arrived. Check your spam or junk folder. Search for Vinspired. If it is not there after ten minutes, sign up again with the same email and a fresh message is sent.
  • You used a different email from the one your school has. Sign up with the email your school knows, or your school will not find you when it approves members.
  • You forgot your password. On the Log in page, press Forgot your password? and follow the email.
