Anti-Bullying Week runs from 16 to 20 November 2026, bringing schools, families and communities together to break the silence around bullying and to promote kindness, respect and inclusion.
When is Anti-Bullying Week?
Anti-Bullying Week takes place in November (November 16-20). The 2026 theme from the Anti-Bullying Alliance is Break the Silence, and the week starts with Odd Socks Day on Monday 16 November. It is one of the many UK awareness days that bring people together around a shared cause: see the full calendar.
Why Anti-Bullying Week matters
Bullying can have a lasting impact on children’s and young people’s mental health, confidence and education, so this week empowers everyone to recognise it, speak up and help create environments where all young people feel safe and valued. Explore community support volunteering.
How to get involved in Anti-Bullying Week
