The awards program has significantly impacted our volunteers. For instance, James, who had never volunteered before, joined the summer NCS program aiming for a v50 award. His experience planning and delivering activities for Young Carers bolstered his confidence. Motivated by his success, James now aspires to achieve a v100 award and continues volunteering regularly.
