Could you help to capture the amazing atmosphere of the Great North Run and create keepsakes for our team of runners?

Do you have a spare hour or two a week and want to help change the life of a child in Gloucestershire? We're looking for volunteers to hear children read, twice a week, for 15-20 minutes. Our volunteers provide one to one time. This creates discussion which in turn improves social and communication skills and builds confidence, enhancing their life chances.

Walk For A Cure is an brand new event for everyone impacted by dementia. A cure is within our grasp, together we can make it happen. In supporting this event, volunteers will be creating a platform through which friends & family can gather, share and make a lasting difference to dementia for future generations. Telephone support to residents across Cambridgeshire to prevent loneliness and isolation.

As an Independent Life Skills volunteer, you will be supporting the delivery of our Lifewise Programme. This role will focus on cooking and we need a volunteer to work with the young people to help them choose what meals to make, supervise and assist with the cooking, plating up the food and then also with washing and tidying up afterwards.
